The problem is that SA:MP is very very limited at these things like you can do this in MTA because its not so limited. We can try to do these but it would create alot of problems like if u crash into a wall the object(mod) would not turn into a crashed object or stuff like that. Also if someone has mods for vehicles and it looks completely different then the original model it would like look shit because other players would see the normal vehicle mod and the floating objects that are attached to the vehicle. And yeah in MTA you have an option for vehicles mods that will download on the players pc while connecting and it's not limited as SA:MP as i've said. I don't know it's a nice suggestion but yeah we'll look at it and see the possibilities of realizing it in SA:MP. Thanks for the suggestion its really cool.

This thought is kind of unique , it's about implementing a Tuning system. where the player can tune any vehicle with any part and he have to set it on his vehicle himself.  Just like the attachments when the player select an object like a glasses or hat then he have to control it to set it on his head. This is just about making all the objects that can be attached to a vehicle ( like in real life ). So the player can turn a normal Sentinel into a Racing Car similar to a Sultan  with spoilers , air vent , body parts and some cool objects like Superchargers. ( there are some objects in the game which looks like a supercharger ).

As you can see this a normal Bravura tuned with parts that can't be added to it in the normal modding shop.

  • [ADD] Ability to see how many times someone was shot, and where.
  • [ADD] Recreated the MDC system to be more aesthetic. /omdc for legacy dialog.
  • [ADD] Players can use /clearchat to erase on-screen chat history.

#49 MDC Overhaul

While developing the script we realized the MDC we had was extremely barebones and didn't even include a proper citizen search system. So we began brainstorming ideas for a better looking and more functional MDC.

That's all there is to it, over the past week Zaundd has been completely overhauling it and we're proud to introduce the new MDC to you.

Although not 100% complete we're hoping the overhaul will be greatly appreciated over the old, dull MDC.

#48 Development and Communication

As we get closer and closer to release, we need to focus more on making a bug free environment for our users to play in. For the next while, until release, we will be communicating on the forums less to try and get as much work done as we can!

 

We will still try to talk any relay as much information as we can, but it will still be difficult to communicate directly with people and answer questions until then.

 

 

If all goes according to plan, we should have the server up and open to the public no later than October 1, 2015!

Exactly , that's my point. Tuning cars with a big list of parts just like in real life , we will be the first server who do that idea i guess ;)

We are currently trying to implement a bus route system controlled by NPCs to help you get around the city if you do not have a car!

 

There will be 3 routes:

  • RED - Route for houses and car dealership
  • YELLOW - Route for All Saints and businesses, fire department
  • BLUE - Route for pickup from airport

Examples of Metagaming

 

 

  • Mixing OOC & IC knowledge and information.
  • Using knowledge gained from another character.
  • Roleplaying any current or historical link between your own character.
  • Allowing a faction member re-join on another character and receive the same power/rank.
  • IC microphone communications without a /me or anywhere other than approved Project Prosperity Teamspeak channels your character has access to.

2. Do not Powergame. 30-90 minutes Admin Jail
Examples of Powergaming
 
  • Performing unrealistic actions / failing to roleplay appropriate fear.
  • Forcing actions on players whilst ignoring reactions (including using /attempt on players).
  • Roleplaying CCTV, automated security systems, dash-cams etc.
  • Concealing items, wearing specialist clothes (Gloves etc) or performing skilled actions (Defusing, Operating etc) without appropriate roleplay / screenshots.
  • Roleplaying a non-human character.
  • You can not force somebody to Character Kill without written consent or Senior admin +.
  • You cannot burn properties / commit terrorism without permission from a Lead admin.
  • You are not allowed to sexually assault, rape or mutilate another player without OOC consent.
  • Transferring of large objects without appropriate roleplay is not allowed (IE. /sellfirearm of Kevlar, AK47's, M4's etc, or any other weapon that cannot be holstered).

3. Do not Deathmatch. 30-90 minutes Admin Jail
Examples of Deathmatching
 
  • Killing someone for no reason / with a poor reason.
  • Continuously hitting somebody with your car / parking your car on them.
  • Revenge killing (killing people after they have killed you where your character should have forgotten about them / the kill).

4. Do not cheat, hack, bug abuse or use programs / mods that provide an unfair advantage. Permanent Ban
Examples of the above
 
  • Hacks, unfair mods, CamHack and / or automated key binders.
  • Do not play Project Prosperity using a VPN without permission by the Lead admin team.

5. You should always roleplay properly and realistically. 15-90 minutes Admin Jail
Examples of unrealistic or improper behavior
 
  • Trolling.
  • Illegal adverts / unrealistic adverts (including cover ups)
  • Using names that are not realistic; you cannot use famous names.
  • If you are shot close range in the head whilst in injury mode with a /me, or if you fail an operation, then you are PK'd (or CK'd if you want that).
  • AFK in public.
  • If you enter death-mode, and then survive an operation, you may not return to the same scene for 20 minutes once the operation ends.
  • If you are put it into death-mode during a bank-robbery, you may only return 60 minutes after a successful operation.
  • If you allow your character to die in a role play situation, you force a CK on yourself.
  • Quitting during death-mode or whilst in a roleplay scene without the agreement of the other party.
  • Abusing GTA/SA-MP Physics (C-Bugging, Driver Driveby, Double Tap, Rapid Fire Driveby, Bunny Hopping, Olympic Swimming, Chicken Running, Circle Shooting etc) where it gives you unfair advantage.
  • Players are expected to display acceptable English spelling / grammar in IC chats and public OOC chats (exception for SMS).

6. You should not disrespect or be rude. 15-60 minutes Admin Jail
Examples of disrespectful or rude behavior
 
  • Harassing or insulting other players and staff members.
  • Moaning / refusing to RP during a scene via /b or /do.
  • Spamming.
  • OOC lying is prohibited.
  • PM'ing staff members with requests.
  • Random Provoking IC is prohibited.

7. The scam/rob/fine limit is $1,000. Removal of Profit + 15-60 minutes Admin Jail
Please note the following
 
  • Property cannot be scammed, however money can be scammed during property sales.
  • You cannot scam, rob or fine players under level 3. All money gained from them must be paid back.
  • Weapons/drugs are not classed as property, and are not protected by this rule.

8. All accounts are owned by the creator; they cannot be shared, given or sold to anyone else. Permanent Ban

9. OOC trades / gambling are permitted as long as they do not involve IRL cash and are not publicly advertised. OOC / IC mixing in trades is prohibited. Removal of Property + 30-60 minutes Admin Jail
 
Maximum admin jail time per situation is 90 minutes.
 
Certain offences above may result in a kick (afk, spamming etc) or an account ban (celebrity name etc).
 
Administrators may issue long term or permanent bans on repeat offenders who do not seem to be learning from their mistakes.
